An emergency repair means those repairs which are necessary to alleviate, remove or reduce risk to the safety, security or health of a tenant, the general public or the property.
As a tenant, you have a duty to minimize expense to your landlord. Before calling an emergency contractor, please check any manuals you’ve been supplied with. The contact numbers supplied to you when you have an emergency should only be used in an emergency when our offices are closed.
Whether it’s out of hours or during office time, the more information you can provide will help the maintenance department determine who to instruct in order to complete the repair in the shortest timescale possible.
Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday 08:30am – 16:30pm. During this time, we are available to take your calls and emails and we endeavour to act on all maintenance issues as effectively and efficiently as we can. Any messages left over the weekend and bank holidays will be picked up on the next working day and someone from the Seven Keys team will contact you as soon as we can to deal with any issues.
PLEASE NOTE: If you call and the contractor does not deem it to be a genuine emergency, you will be responsible for covering the cost of any call out charges.
