Well I’m glad you asked. After all, that’s one of the main factors we pride ourselves on. We offer three packages. Our pay up-front packages are £299 and £399. We also offer a premium ‘Pay Later’ package for £599. Don’t forget, with all three packages there’s no commission

The short answer to this question is No. In order to sell your property on the leading property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location you need to market your home through an estate agent. This is where we come in and maximise your sale-ability.

Apart from £100, the basic £299 package means you provide the photos, floor plans and descriptions. With this option a ‘For Sale’ board is an extra £55. With the Standard £399 package we provide professional photos, professional floor plans and a professional Seven Keys ‘For Sale’ board. If you didn’t know, ‘For Sale’ boards increase property interest by up to 20%.
Professional photos and floor plans make all the difference when selling your property. They are the first thing that a potential buyer will look for. Remember, you never get a second chance at a first impression.
Yes, we would love to meet you. It is essential to selling your property that one of our employees will carry out a home visit. This is not just to value your property, but to get to know you and how you would like to market your property.
We will advertise your property on all the main property websites to ensure you have the best exposure to potential buyers. These include Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location.
Once an offer has been submitted on your property, it is entirely up to you whether we negotiate it for you. If you are happy for us to do so, then of course we will.
You know your property best and if you feel comfortable carrying out your own viewings then we actively advise it. However, we can offer to carry out the viewings for you by adding this on as additional feature for £199. It’s no problem!
Once you have a sale agreed on your house we will be in contact with solicitors from all parties, that way we can push for a quicker completion date that suits you.
Our business would never work if it wasn’t for you. We aim to push for the sale of your property from the very beginning and with our experience we know exactly how to market your property and get you the best price possible. Put simply, without you there would be no us.
Why not? We see no problem if you would like to use more than one agency. However, if you choose our ‘Pay Later’ option we will only do so on a Sole Agency basis for the first 3 months.

No problem. At any point you can let us know if you would like any pictures replacing, swapping around or information updated.

This is where your property is uploaded with extra design features to make it stand out from the crowd. This generates extra exposure as your advert can display more photos on its front page and will be placed at the top of a buyers search.
We have no reason to restrict the time your property could be on the market. We will advertise your property UNTIL SOLD.
When you market you property with Seven Keys you will be provided with a local Seven Keys Property Consultant. They will be your point of contact and will be on hand whenever you need them.
This is a must for us. Your local Seven Keys property expert will be with you every step of the way and will liaise with all parties to ensure a quick and stress free sale.
Once a potential buyer has made an offer we will relay this back to you and proceed as you wish. If you would like us to negotiate on your behalf then this is absolutely no problem.
Everybody wants to get feedback, this way we know if there’s anything we can do to help the sale of your property. When a potential buyer has viewed your property we will get in contact with them and ask them their thoughts, this information will then be passed directly onto yourselves.

No – we do not charge tenants any admin fees related to applications or tenancy creation. However, this does not include the deposit.
The tenant fee ban came into effect on 1st June 2019 and landlords need to prepare for this, we have put together a range of services which help private landlords’ budget whilst also giving them a more comprehensive service to help make life simpler. You can choose to pay for reference checks as you need them or upfront.
Our basic package includes advertising for your property with Rightmove, Zoopla & Primelocation. We will manage your tenant enquiries and match them to your requirements. When a tenant requests an appointment, we will arrange a viewing to suit your availability. When you have found a tenant, it is up to yourself to organise the tenancy agreement.
Our premium package includes advertising for your property with Rightmove, Zoopla & Primelocation. We will manage your tenant enquiries and match them to your requirements. When you have found a tenant, we will draft the tenancy agreement, arrange for the registration of the deposit and collect the first months rent for you.
Our tenant referencing package costs £75 and this includes ALL checks until a tenant is found.
On average these checks take around 3 working days to complete and you will be updated on progress throughout. Tenants are notified that they have 3 working days to provide all the required information and chase up their referees or risk the property being re offered to the market.
